Service Description

Our build-out encompasses the essential construction of a kitchen, bedroom(s), bathroom(s), living room, and dining room, all customized to your required square footage. The basic build-out cost is approximately $250.00 per square foot per unit, encompassing fundamental materials and labor. Pricing may fluctuate depending on specific project requirements. Additional expenses may be incurred for high-end fixtures and premium materials. Included in the basic build-out are underground, rough & finish plumbing, underground rough & finish electrical work, foundation, framing, exterior layers, roof, drywall, windows, doors, bathroom amenities, kitchen cabinets & sink, garbage disposal, outlets/switches, essential lighting, flooring, interior paint, stucco, basic vanity, quartz countertops, toilet, basic doorbell, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, HVAC, and a water heater. Please note that the cost of plans and permits is not included in this estimate. Underground Utility connection is not included.
