Throughout her career, she has successfully implemented robust revenue and base-building systems for esteemed organizations such as the Rancho Cucamonga Chamber of Commerce and Orange Chamber of Commerce. Her leadership roles, including Vice President of the Inland Empire Regional Chamber of Commerce, have further solidified her reputation as a strategic leader in chamber management.

Etisyai's remarkable contributions have not gone unnoticed, earning her prestigious awards like the Woman of Professional Excellence from the City of Rancho Cucamonga and commendations from esteemed political figures such as Assemblymen, Senators, and Congressmen.

With over 20 years of hands-on experience, Etisyai has seamlessly transitioned her expertise in base building and collective power to champion the voices of Black workers in the Inland Empire. Maria D Sanchez is a Designer with extensive Architectural and Structural design experience. From new builds, additions, JADUs to ADUs, Maria is here to help you design your project. She understands your needs and goals and translates them into detailed plans and construction documents. Maria is also bilingual, a Realtor, and a Stage Design Certified. At the end of the day, her goal is to help her clients with their real estate goals and needs.

Marisa Fletcher is a licensed real estate Broker and an Independent Certified Solar broker for more than 20+ years serving the Inland Empire and surrounding counties. Her #1 priority has always been to provide the highest level of service and value to her clients for all their real estate and solar needs. She works in the solar industry using her experience and expertise as a GREEN Certified Realtor to help homeowners make the best decision with their energy needs. Now my #1 goal is to educate Homeowners and other Realtors on the intricacies of Solar and how to understand the ins and outs of solar. Academically, Marisa holds two degrees; a Bachelor’s degree is in Business Management from CSU, Dominguez Hills and the Masters degree is in Organizational Management from The University of Phoenix. Personally, Marisa is an avid nature reader, dancer, and she is very passionate in life overall and just loves to have fun. Marisa volunteers on many local committees and acts as an organizer and cultural lead for her community. She is a nationwide trainer that focuses on real estate and environmental topics,including solar, and she specializes in training Realtors at the local boards and associations.
